  • Do we cut nails?

Yes, but only if they need doing. I do not cut below the quick which would cause the dog pain and the nail bleed.

  • How long is your Cable?

We need to park some where close to your home but have 50metres of cable to reach your electric socket.

  • How much notice do you need?

The earlier you book the better especially in the summer and in December. But normally two weeks is fine.  

  • Will the dogs be dry?

No. Not 100%. If we dried every dog totally, we would only do one dog a day!

Large dogs will still be damp. We get the worst off and depending on the size of the dog, they may not be totally dry until the next day.

  • Will the water in the Hydro bath be warm?

Yes, it should be. We fill the water tank up every morning with warm water and there is a heater in the water tank which heats the water when the power is on.

  • Is the water in the Hydro bath recycled?

No, we drain out the dirty water onto the ground every time we wash a dog and wash the next the dog with fresh water.

  • How long will it take to groom my dog?

Just a wash and dry for short haired and small dogs will take about half an hour. Any clipping involved will take from one hour to an hour and a half for small and medium sized dogs. Larger dogs will take longer.
