Any order above £50 is delivered FREE!
All products are sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded or by Parcel Force Courier and will require a signature upon receipt.
We are fully responsible for the goods being delivered to you which is why they're sent with the need for a signature. Please ensure you have your order sent to an address where someone will be in and able to sign for it (we usually suggest a work address).
We aim to have your order with you within 5 working days, however there may be some delays depending on availability of goods from our suppliers.
Every effort is made to ensure that all products are in full supply where available, products that are not available are normally back in stock within 3-4 days, subject to manufacturer availability.
Please note, we can only accept returns for products that are faulty or where the products ordered are not the same as those received. Please double check sizing, colours and any other variables before placing your order, email firstname.lastname@example.org with any queries.
Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery, please contact email@example.com as soon as you are aware of any problems.
All products carry a twelve month warranty, faulty products can be returned and we will send a replacement, where no replacement is available a refund will be issued. You will be asked for your order number and a description of the fault. If the product is found to be faulty upon return we will cover the return postage cost (at reasonable cost). We recommend returns are sent recorded delivery for your security.
