Busy, busy. The sun and warm weather has arrived and the phone rings! Been dog walking and grooming today. Washed two German Shepherd called Zulu and Zimba. A very nice job.

After a week of snow the weather has improved. Pet care is busy and have taken on some new clients. Did a Dog Listening consultation with three German Shepherds. Where one was barking at the husband. Looking forward to the spring.

Been a busy time. New work coming in. Went to see Monty Roberts the Horse Whisperer near Southampton. My favourite quote " Were teaching people not the Horses".

We have just finished the London 2012 Olympics which was a fantastic event and felt the buzz when the cycling came through Dorking. Team GB did very well and achieved 29 Golds which gave everyone a boost. On a very sad note Yogi Bear a very sweet NewFoundland who I had known for over eight years sadly passed away. It was always a pleasure to see Steve and Les and groom Yogi.

My daughter Elizabeth is now one years old. Where has the time gone? The weather this year has been very wet. This has affected the business and jobs have been down this year. But we are fighting on and hopefull of an indian summer will boost the business. Groomed Bella a lovely border Collie in Gulidford today, which was very enjoyable.

Been a busy month. The weather was great early spring we were basking in warm sunshine but now it has totally changed to non stop rain showers. Serena sadly passed away a German Shepherd I have known since the beginning. We have been on a Animal Aiders Dog first aid course and are posting out our newsletters. Picture below Serena on top playing with her daughter Holly. One of my fondest memories.

We now have our new website with online shop live. We sold our first product today. A Jan Fennell Dog Listener book. Has been a nice day today with blue sky. Groomed Willow and Abby today. Crufts was on at the weekend did not go this year but saw a bit on TV.

Looking forward to the spring. When work picks up and Nature reemerges from its Dormancy. We have had a busy time on the Dog Walking front. Been training our new recruit Ceri up who is doing very well. Bring on the sunshine and warmer weather.

Christmas 2011
It is a very special one this year for us as this will be Elizabeth's first Christmas. But what about your dogs? What should we look out for. Remember Human Chocolate is very bad for dogs. Dont feed your dog at the table this will get them into bad habits. Put the left overs in their bowl. When the the relatives arrive especially if very young or old put the dog in a separate room or garden and bring the dog in when everything has calmed down. We want a relaxed dog and family not a stressful one.

My first Blog has to be about the new arrival in mine and Jennys lives! Elizabeth born 10th July 2011. She is very beautiful and is the future generation of Woofing Marvellous. Of course if that what she wants.
